This blog is everything about the East Village from the restaurants, real estate, businesses, the neighborhood group, interesting residents, night life, local politics, and even dating.

I am now serving my second term as the East Village Association's President but more importantly I have lived, worked, and played in the East Village for the last 10 years of my life.

I live in a 4 flat and rent the other 3 units at Winchester and Thomas. I have a rooftop deck on my building with an outdoor theatre system, a hot tub, a workout area, and a fire pit. I host a number of summer parties over the summer on my deck which is good fun.

I work as a residential realtor and developer. As a realtor, I specialize in Primary Home, Multi-unit Investment Properties, Shortsale / REO Distressed, Relocation, and the West Town neighborhood which is inclusive of the East Village.

I have my own company called Ask Nagel (www.asknagel.com), and I run my realty business out of C21 Affiliated taking advantage of their powerfull brand name, marketing, and systems. I'm also on the Renaissance board of St. Mary's Hospital and the 1st Ward Community Leaders board.
